Here at Jungle Fitness, we take pride in our training programs. It is a stand-alone service for clients that wish to supplement their personal training sessions with additional workouts or for our remote clients who are looking for expert programming. No matter what city or state they reside.
TrueCoach keeps you in contact with our coaches during your training phase. Your workouts are customized to your ability and the equipment you have available.
Some clients have injuries that need to be taken into consideration while programming while others can benefit from bodyweight-only exercises to reach their specific goals.
Our coaching is geared towards functional strength. This style of programming will allow you to overcome weaknesses and develop the appropriate protocols to get you to reach your goals.
Byproducts of training this way are discipline, lean muscle, and increased confidence!
