Over the years I have specifically developed a passion for working with women on their fat loss & strength goals as well as achieving body confidence, I truly believe nutrition is a large component of success so I am with my clients every step of the way. Consistency is key and I will help you understand that in a sustainable fashion as long as you're willing to do the work!

Hi, I am George Jungle! I have been training clients over 8 years now. Here all forms of fitness are encouraged as I teach multiple styles of training.
My philosophy is that training is meant to be diverse and it all begins with learning to move well! I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (CPT). Incorporating corrective exercise (CES) as the foundation for every program, Strengthening my clients from bone to muscle. Intensity driven work-outs with multi-joint compound movements.
